Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin, and Dysport are all neuromodulators. These prescription medications work by blocking certain chemical signals from nerves, signals that cause muscles to contract. Neuromodulators stop muscle movement that causes wrinkles. It is important to understand that these medications do not fill wrinkles. They stop the muscles from moving and it allows for the body to naturally backfill the wrinkles. Sometimes it takes multiple treatments every 3-4 movements to help static wrinkles (wrinkles at rest).
Lip Dissolve
A Lip Dissolve is a process by which our injectors can dissolve previous filler that has been placed into the lips. During a lip filler consult our injectors will evaluate your lips. If you have had previous filler injected and some of the previous product has migrated or remains, your injector may suggest your lips be dissolved before more filler is added. Occasionally, unwanted results can occur from dermal fillers and would need dissolved. In the very rare occurrence of a vascular occlusion lip dissolver would need to be used.
Dermal Filler
Restylane is the trade name for a range of injectable fillers with a specific formulation of non-animal sourced hyaluronic acid. In the United States, Restylane was the first hyaluronic acid filler to be approved by the U.S. F.D.A. for cosmetic injection into subdermal facial tissues.
At Radiant Med Spa we use Restylane for several different areas of the face. It is the brand of dermal filler we use as a part of our “Full Face Rejuvenation.” Some of the more firm dermal fillers can be used to mimic bone to support the tissues of the face. Other forms of Restylane are softer and can mimic soft tissue allowing us to fill some unwanted lines.

Revanesse® Versa™+ Lip Filler
FDA approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that can be used to increase the volume of your lips. During your consultation, your injector will discuss your personal aesthetic goal of your lips.
If the decision is made to have dermal fillers placed in your lips, a topical numbing cream will be applied. At Radiant Med Spa we want this procedure to be as painless as possible for our clients.
Throughout the procedure your injector will use techniques to achieve your aesthetic goal while using the safest injection techniques.
Full Face Rejuvenation
Full Face Rejuvenation is a technique used by our injectors to help lift and revitalize your face. Typically dermal fillers are used on multiple points of the face to help support the tissues of the face. As we age it is normal for people to experience bone loss of the face which supports these tissues. As this bone loss occurs we find the skin of our face tends to drift down and foward. Giving us undesirable appearances such as jowling and marionette lines. By injecting dermal fillers into areas such as the chin, jawline, cheeks, and piriform aperture we are able to rebuild the support under the skin giving you a more youthful appearance.
